ChurnScore Name
When you start to create a new ChurnScore, you will be prompted to enter some basic information. First, name your ChurnScore. Make the name specific, as you want to be able to distinguish between multiple ChurnScores.
Segment(s)
Next, you can decide if this ChurnScore is only going to apply to Accounts within a Particular Segment. This is useful for making ChurnScores for very specific types of customers. For example, you may want to create a ChurnScore by vertical, product, or even customer maturity. Do this by first creating an Account Segment, and then applying the segment to the ChurnScore. If you want this ChurnScore to apply to all Accounts, leave this section blank.
Grading Scale
The Grading Scale allows you to determine what scores are labeled as Red (Poor), Yellow (OK), and Green (Good). By default, the scale is broken up into thirds (0-33 Green, 34-67 Yellow, and 68-100 Red). However, you have the ability to change this scale by using the slider to make changes.
