Want to understand usage trends of your Accounts? Navigate to the Events Dashboard to see this information. Use the filters at the top right hand side of the screen to filter your data by time period. You can also filter by Segment to understand usage of specific groups of Accounts.

Events Over Time
The dashboards under Event Details give you insight into usage trends for all of your accounts over a specific period of time. You can see this chart by Total Event Instances, Unique Accounts, or Unique Contacts.
The Top Events view show you, in bar graph form, the distribution of your Event activity. Clicking on an Event Name here will take you to a new dashboard that displays information for that specific event, allowing you to drill down deeper into metrics.
The Event Summary Page displays some more detailed information, including the average Events per day, unique contacts, etc. Clicking the name of the Event will take you to the same specialized dashboard mentioned above. You can also choose to export all of these Events or be taken to an Event Segment that contains the same information.
Account and Contact Details
The Account and Contact Details dashboard organize the usage by ChurnScore, so you can easily see usage trends of healthy vs. unhealthy accounts.

Accounts - Event Details
This section lists your Accounts, ordered by the amount of total events. You can then easily navigate to the Account Profile to understand their usage at an Account level.
