You can search for Accounts using a variety of commands + the Account's name or AccountExternalID:

Usage
- Usage Summary, Last 30
- Active Days - Number of active days out of the last 30 days
- Active Contacts - Number of distinct active contacts in the last 30 days
- Time Spent - Total time spent in the app within the last 30 days
- Last Activity - Date/time + Event Name of the most recent action taken
- Top Events, Last 30 - For the top ten (10) Events by number of instances, the following information will show:
- Event Name
- Number of instances (i.e. number of times the Event occurred)
- Number of contacts (i.e. number of distinct individuals that did this Event)
- Top Contacts, Last 30 - For the top five (5) Contacts by Number of Active Days, the following information will show:
- Contact Name
- Email Address
- Number of Active Days
- Number of Events (across all tracked Event Types)
- Number of minutes spent in the app
Engagement
- Engagement
- Open Tasks - Number of Task that are currently overdue + that are due in the next 30 days
- Logged Activities - Number of Activities logged in the last 30 days
- Sent Emails - Number of email messages sent in the last 30 days
- In-App Announcements - Number of in-app announcements posted in the last 30 days
- In Progress Plays - List of up to five (5) Plays the account is currently in

You can search for Account, Contact, Task/Activity, Survey, Meetings, and Custom Table Segments. Event Segments are not available in Slack.

Viewing Results
The first ten (10) results of a Segment will be available in Slack. Click "Show more" to see all ten results.
You can control how the top ten results are determined using the "Sort by" drop-down. By default this drop-down will allow you to sort by Total Contract Amount and Next Renewal Date. But if you have set up Key Details, those selected Details will also be available for sorting.
To see the full results set, click the Segment Name to log into ChurnZero.
Expiring Info in Slack
Account, Contact, and Segment data are always changing. To ensure that you are not inadvertently looking at stale information within Slack, we will expire results after 15 minutes and request that you query again:
