If you no longer want to use a ChurnScore for any of your accounts, it can be deleted from the ChurnScore page.
You will not be able to delete the ChurnScore if it is referenced in any Segments, Plays, Journeys, or Custom Dashboards.
| Note: Deleting a ChurnScore will remove all history of the ChurnScore from any accounts that qualified for it. Please consider this when deciding if one should be deleted. |
