You can set up a Play to trigger multiple actions with your customer, but you may also want to automate engagement that utilizes actions from a Play that you have already set up. This is possible if you use the "Add to Play" Play Step to automatically add an Account or Contact to another Play when it reaches a specific step.
In addition to adding an Account/Contact to another Play, you can select the specific Play Step where you would like it to begin.
Note: Even if an Account/Contact is added to the first step of a Play, it will bypass any Entry Criteria put in place that would disqualify it from entering. It is essentially treated like a manual entry into the Play.
Also, an Account/Contact can only be added to the first step of a Conditional Play. Conditional Plays do not allow entering at a specific step.
