When you navigate to an Account Page, there is a ChurnScores tab that will house information about that Account's ChurnScore.
The Primary ChurnScore will display by default, however, you can change it to view an account's other ChurnScores by picking it from the "Show" dropdown.
This will also show you an Account's ChurnScore change over time. Set the "Compare" dates to see what factors impacted the change in ChurnScore
NOTE: ChurnScore data is only maintained for 14 days. After that, historical data will only be shown for the first of each month that an Account has qualified for the ChurnScore.
You can also view ChurnScore data in Segment results to quickly see ChurnScores and how customers are performing against ChurnScore factors in bulk. This is also a great way to isolate a specific set of accounts and view their ChurnScores and ChurnScore factors to compare.
Use the following Account Segment filters (under Account Metrics) to evaluate your customers' ChurnScore information and how they are changing over time:
- ChurnScore Category Change - see customers whose ChurnScore categories (Red, Yellow, Green) have changed over a specific time period
- ChurnScore Value Change - see customers whose ChurnScore has changed by a selected number amount over a specific time period
- ChurnScore Factor Change - see customers whose ChurnScore Factor scores within different ChurnScores have changed over a specific time period

|Important: ChurnScores are recalculated at the end of each day, so don't worry if you don't see the score reflected right away. If you make any changes to ChurnScore factors, they wont be reflected in the respective accounts until the following day.|
