When you arrive at the ChurnScore page you will be presented with a few options:
- Create- Click this button to create a new ChurnScore from scratch
- Reorder ChurnScores- Drag and drop ChurnScores to determine their order. Accounts can have multiple ChurnScores, but their Primary ChurnScore will be whichever one they qualify for first in regards to the order that you have established.
| Note: Designating Primary ChurnScore is important because it will be the default score shown when you navigate to an Account's page within ChurnZero. |
3. Edit- Use this button to edit, duplicate, or delete existing ChurnScores
