Live Exports are custom reports within Google Sheets or Excel 365 that are powered and updated by ChurnZero segments. Live Exports can help you create custom visuals and metrics, which can help you communicate KPIs or provide visibility externally. Live Exports are found at the bottom of the segments section of the left-side navigation bar. This is where you will go if you want to create a new Live Export or check in on an existing report.
On the Live Exports Overview page, you can see all of the exports you have created. Since Live Exports are connected to your specific Google Sheets/Excel 365 account, Live Exports will be unique to each user.

Using the actions button in a folder on the Live Exports page, you can take the following actions:
- Edit a Live Export: Click on the actions menu of a live export and select Edit. This allows you to edit the settings of your Live Export.
- Delete a Live Export: Click on the actions menu of a live export and select Delete.
- Review Publication Dates: Click on a Live Export to open its preview. From here, you can quickly see the last time the report was updated and, if you've set up recurrence, the next scheduled update.
- View Report: Click on the actions menu of a live export and select View Excel.
- Manually Publish and Push Data: If you have an export that's set to manually update, click on the actions menu and select Publish. This can also be used to automatically update exports if you want to quickly pull up-to-the-minute data before the next scheduled sync. You will receive an email notification when the publication is complete.
- Manage Folders: Folders help to categorize your live exports. Click the actions menu button on the main Live Exports page to create new folders, add existing Live Exports to new folders, or reorganize your existing folders.
