Success Center reports provide an all-in-one place to view information on how your users interact with every element of your Success Center. In this article, you'll learn more about the Success Center report view as a whole, and how to interact with elements of the report to get the best view of the information you most want to see.
There are three main report types:
General Information
Everyone can see and interact with Success Center reports, but only users with specific permission can edit Success Center content. For more information, see Managing Success Centers.
To access a Success Center report:
- Navigate to the Digital Tools section of your left-side nav bar, then click Success Centers.
- On the Success Centers overview page, find the Success Center you want to see. Click on the actions menu, then select View Report.
The main body of your report is contained in two sections: Summary and Widgets. At the top of each section, you will see the name of your Success Center and two dropdowns to help you organize results.
You can sort by time (ex: Last 30 days, Last 365 days) or account ownership:
- All Accounts: Returns all results, regardless of ownership.
- Accounts in My Domain: If you manage a team, this returns accounts that are owned by you or other users on your team.
- Accounts I Own: Returns only results for accounts that you own.
Summary
When you first open the report, you will see the Summary page. On this page, you can see a collection of metrics that will give you more insight into how users are interacting with your Success Center. Widgets
The next page of the report is available in the Widgets tab. Click on Widgets to move to this section. Here you can see a list of the widgets used in your Success Center. Information about these widgets is divided into easy-to-read, sortable columns. You can dive into further information on each widget using the actions menu.
