The Command Center is the place you can go to see and understand your daily needs and strategic goals. Managers can use the Command Center to get a better understanding of the health of their team. In this article, we'll discuss how to switch from the old Command Center experience to the updated experience and we'll go over what you can expect to find in each section.
Navigate Your Command Center
The Command Center is divided into three distinct tabs that help you keep track of your days in a variety of ways, from displaying your meetings to tracking your tasks and managing your book of business. In this article, we'll go over the basic setup of the Command Center and where you can find important facets of this feature. Please take a look at the rest of our Command Center documentation for more in-depth information on workflows and functionality.
Command Center View
You can manage the way you view Command Center from the dropdown menus at the upper right of your screen.
You'll see up to three options. Please note that only managers of teams can see their team's Command Centers or use the Team View selection.
- User View Selection: If you manage a team, select whose Command Center you want to view. You can select your own view or the view of others on your team.
- Team View Selection: Select whether you want to view your personal Command Center or a collective Command Center for a team.
- Segment Filter: Further filter the information in your Command Center to the results of a particular segment.
Command Center Tabs:
My To Dos
The first Command Center tab is called My To Dos. This is where you'll find a display of your calendar and tasks organized by due date. This tab helps you process your tasks to focus on the most strategic engagements. This is also where you'll find messages for review.
- For more information on using the To Dos tab, see: Manage Your Day From the My To Dos Tab.
My Book
Click the My Book tab to review segment-driven datasets efficiently. My Book is based on account ownership, so this is where you'll see relevant accounts based on your role.
- For more information on using and customizing the My Book tab, see Check Your Book from the Command Center.
Health
Click the Health tab to keep an eye on ChurnScore changes. You can filter by specific ChurnScore parameters to keep an eye on the health indicators that matter most to you.
- For more information on using the Health tab, see Watch Customer Health From Your Command Center.
