Filter WalkThrough Reports by Accounts and Segments
You can filter your WalkThrough Report using two main controls:
1. Accounts that I Own / Accounts in My Domain / All Accounts
Accounts that I Own: Only includes accounts where you are assigned as Owner or hold another Account Role
Tip: Use this filter to focus on accounts assigned directly to you.Accounts in My Domain: Includes accounts you own plus accounts owned by ChurnZero users who report to you
All Accounts: Includes all accounts, regardless of ownership
2. Account and Contact Segment Filter
Account and Contact Segment Filter: Filters results based on the Account and/or Contact Segments you select

Important: Understanding the "Everytime" Setting
If Show is set to Everytime (or has ever been set to this), the WalkThrough Report will display all activity and history for that WalkThrough:
Every pass a contact makes is counted in the numbers and charts
Report totals may be higher than the number of records in linked Segments
Example: If a step shows 27 views but the Segment lists 23 contacts, this means 4 contacts went through the WalkThrough more than once.
