The HTML Custom Field will support the following styles:
When connected to a CRM field, attributes are limited to what your CRM supports. You may also notice changes in style, depending on the HTML markup your CRM accepts. When used in a Merge Field, the HTML will be rendered as provided when used in emails, in-app announcements, in the account/contact profile pages, or when viewed as a column in segment lists. Note: Potentially harmful HTML will not be permitted into the ChurnZero system. This includes <Script> elements or embedded script, as well as other attributes that may be deemed harmful. |
| Single Select |
Allows you to define a list of items that can be chosen. Only one option can be chosen for a specific record. |
| Multi Select |
Allows you to define a list of items that can be chosen. Multiple options can be chosen for a specific record. |
| Yes/No |
A boolean field that allows you to set Yes/No values. |
| Number | Lets you define a numerical value. Use this field type if you want to use greater than/less than operators in segmentation. |
| Currency |
Similar to the number field type, this lets you define a numerical value. However, it will also include the currency symbol defined by your tenant locale. |
| Percent |
Similar to the number field type. The field displayed will be the exact value that is submitted to ChurnZero (either manually or by import/API). For example, if you enter "0.50," the field will not display "50%," it will display the value you entered. In this case, it will display as "0.50." |
| Date |
Allows you to define a calendar date value. |
| Date/Time |
Similar to a date field, but also adds an option to give a time. |

A text field that ensures you are entering a valid email address format. |
|
| Phone Number |
A numerical text field that restricts you to a phone number format. |
| URL |
When using this field, if a valid URL is entered, you can click the value in ChurnZero and it will launch a new tab. |
| Reference |
This means that the field value is referencing another object within ChurnZero. This is also commonly called a "Lookup" field. The dropdown options will allow you to select values from that entity. |
| Family Rollup |
This field type allows you to create fields enabling you to do Average/Median/Min/Max/Sum calculations off of existing numerical field types. This includes a setting that allows you to include or exclude parent field values in your calculations. For more information on using this field, see Create Family Rollup Calculations.
