There are a few CRMs that allow us to mirror the hierarchy set up within the CRM (as of 6/21/22, these include: SFDC, NetSuite, Dynamics, and Zendesk Sell. Salesforce users have the choice to set up their hierarchy manually in CZ, although this is less common.) However, any customers who choose not to connect with a CRM, or who are connecting with a different CRM, will have to set up their hierarchy manually within ChurnZero.
To set up ChurnZero-only user hierarchy:
- Contact your CSM to have them confirm that your configuration settings are updated to allow you to complete this setup.
- In the Admin space, navigate to Users > User Accounts.
- Click on the user profile you want to edit.
- Click on the Organization tab.
- Click on the Manager field drop-down and select the user's manager from the list.
- Once each user has their direct manager defined, the hierarchy is set.
