Full Configuration Control (FCC) provides more control over the data in your instance of ChurnZero. With FCC, you can see and act on other users' private configurations. This means that search results will return, for example, your own private segments and the private segments of other users in your instance of ChurnZero. This allows you more insight into other users' configurations:
- Managers with FCC permissions can access their team's private configurations. This can help support and understand what the team member is working on or solve problems with that user's configuration.
- Users with FCC permissions can access private configurations to resolve issues like old private segments used in other configurations. For example, if someone leaves the company, users with FCC permissions can access that individual's private segments to reassign, delete, or otherwise manage them.
Important Note: Private Live Exports cannot be seen by those with Full Configuration Control.
