Alerts are real-time notifications from ChurnZero that keep your customer-facing teams aware of important customer situations. You can access them right from the left-side navigation bar.
These alerts can be sent out in a variety of ways (within ChurnZero, through email, Slack, or Teams) and are triggered by multiple conditions.
Alerts can be triggered when:
- A record enters or exits a segment you've created. For example, you could set up an alert to let you know when an account enters a "Disengaged Customers" segment.
- A specific event occurs. For example, you could set up an alert to let you know when a contact logs in to the application for the first time.
Alerts like these can help keep you on top of critical customer actions and empower you to proactively engage with your customers at the right time.
