ChurnScores calculate the likelihood that your customer is going to renew, with 0 being a low churn risk and 100 meaning a high likelihood of churn.
Example Accounts with corresponding ChurnScores: |
They are completely customizable, meaning that you can determine the factors that calculate the score. You can even create multiple ChurnScores, allowing you to segment your customer base and truly hone in on what makes a specific type of customer successful.
Note: ChurnScores only appear on Active accounts. If an account is Inactive, you will only see historic ChurnScore values.
Pairing carefully crafted ChurnScores with Alerts, Plays, and Journeys allows you to keep an eye on customers who are at risk of non-renewal, as well as easily identify Promoters of your system.

Important: ChurnScores are recalculated at the end of each day, so don't worry if you don't see the score reflected right away. If you make any changes to ChurnScore factors, they wont be reflected in the respective accounts until the following day. |
