Finding Success Centers in ChurnZero

Success Centers are created and managed within ChurnZero. You have full control over the look, style, and contents of your Success Centers. Success Centers are found in the Digital Tools section of your navigation bar.

Authentication for Success Centers

ChurnZero JavaScript is required for any of our In-App functionality, including Success Centers.

For Success Centers, an additional layer of authentication is required for ChurnZero to securely display a Success Center to an end-user contact. A token-based authentication needs to be added to your application for Success Centers to be enabled.

Building Success Centers

Content

Information is added to a Success Center through widgets in a flexible and easy-to-use design builder.

Preview

Throughout creation, ChurnZero users will be able to preview their Success Center. They can preview it using example data or using real contacts from the segments that were selected.

Styling

Success Center styling is set at a Global level (i.e. all Centers are impacted) but can be customized at the individual Success Center (i.e. just one center is impacted) or even at the individual widget (i.e. just one widget in a specific Success Center is impacted).

Management

The Success Centers management page in ChurnZero allows you to activate, order, edit, delete or copy your existing Success Centers.

Launching Success Centers

Success Centers can be launched via an in-app clickable icon or via a custom JavaScript event tied to an existing element in your application.

Displaying Success Centers

Success Centers can be displayed as an in-app overlay or as an entirely new tab in the browser. It will appear exactly as it was built within ChurnZero, with dynamic content for the contact who is consuming the Success Center.
