The ChurnZero Integrations Hub brings all of your integrations - and important information about them - to one easy-to-browse central location. On this page, you can see cards representing each of your integrations (both active and inactive), check sync status, and more.
Integrations Tab
When you open the hub you'll see the Integrations tab, with cards representing each of your integrations.
Each card shows you important information about the integration it represents, including:
- The name of the integration.
- Whether or not the integration is active.
- The number of people who receive sync failure alerts for the integration. For more information on creating alerts, please see: Create Integration Sync Failure Notifications.
-
Sync status.
- You may also see further sync status information, including "Full Sync" and "Partial Sync."
- A partial sync only looks at records that have a "last modified" date after the last sync has run. This helps keep your records up to date without running the larger full syncs every time.
- A full sync syncs all records.
- You may also see further sync status information, including "Full Sync" and "Partial Sync."
Depending on the integration, you may see other information listed on your card as well, such as the number of configured jobs.
Click the View Details button to go to the integration page. This will vary depending on the integration but also shows configuration information such as account tokens and secret keys.
Sync Failure Notifications Tab
In the Sync Failure Notifications Tab, you can see a listing of all sync failure alerts configured for your integrations. Sync failure notifications are sent to specific recipients when information fails to pass between ChurnZero and an integration. Notifications are listed in a table format, with the following columns for at-a-glance information:
- Send Notifications: See if notifications are turned on or off.
- Integration: See the name and logo of the integration for which you've created the notification.
- Name: The name of the notification (as entered during notification creation).
- Recipients: The number of people receiving sync failure alerts for this notification.
- Schedule: The reminder schedule for this notification. Recipients will receive notifications immediately upon sync failure, and will then receive reminders at the cadence set up during notification creation (ex: Every weekday at 9:00 AM).
- Created Date: The date and time the notification was created.
You can use the actions menu on the notification list to quickly edit, deactivate, or delete the notification.
- Edit: Open the notification to make changes to the fields.
- Deactivate: Stop the notification from sending while keeping the alert on file. You can re-activate later if you want to start sending that notification again.
- Delete: Get rid of the notification entirely. You'll be asked to confirm your choice.
