The Calendar Integration allows you to easily display your customer meetings on your Command Center allowing you to take follow up action, as needed.
Authorizing your Account
To authorize your calendar, click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and select "My Account". Find the option for "Calendar Integration" and click the "Enable" button for Google Calendar Integration or Outlook 365 Calendar integration. You will be prompted through the authorization steps. Be sure to select the account with the email address that matches to your ChurnZero user account's email address.
Sync Behavior and Rules
- Each ChurnZero user must authorize their own calendar. Managers cannot authorize on behalf of their team members. For authorization instructions, see the instructions earlier in this article.
- ChurnZero will look at the Contacts on the Calendar invite and match to the Account shown on the Command Center. The match will only be made if the Account is considered Active in ChurnZero
- Admin Users: Under Admin > General you can list domains (ex: @yourcompany.com) that you would like to block from the Calendar sync. This setting will exclude any meetings that only have contacts from a domain from this list. This avoids the sync bringing in meetings that are sent to internal/test contacts or contacts that have been modified to use a company email.
