Call Custom Dashboards in Teams Chatbot

Once you have set up a Custom Dashboard to be shared, you are ready to call a dashboard in Teams!

PLEASE NOTE: This feature is only available in the ChurnZero Enterprise and Professional Edition. Please contact your ChurnZero Customer Success Manager for pricing and edition activation.

Manually Call a Custom Dashboard in Teams

 Navigate to the ChurnZero App and use any of the following commands

• cz-dashboard 
• dashboard
• cz-report
• report

The Chatbot will return a list of Dashboards that are available to be called. 

Select a Dashboard and you will see this message. It could take a few moments to get your Dashboard. So feel free to navigate away while this is being pulled up.

When the dashboard is ready, it will be returned and show the Name, Description, and Screenshot of the Dashboard. The name is hyperlinked and will take you directly to the Dashboard in ChurnZero.
